Rhylie Shuff was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), at its spring 2016 induction ceremony. Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society for two-year colleges. The ceremony was held Thursday, February 18, at the college’s Geary County campus in Junction City.
