Moundridge City Council passed and Ordinance #923 – A Contract franchise authorizing IDEATEK TELCOM, LLC (“IDEATEK”) to construct, maintain and operate as a competitive infrastructure provider and telecommunications services provider in the public right-of-way within the of Moundridge.
