Kingman’s Carnegie Library located at 455 N Main St. has summer reading programs for youth and adults beginning May 22. The themes for reading program categories are: “Every Hero has a Story” for elementary students; “Unmasked” for teens; and “Escape the Ordinary” for adults. All categories will have prizes.
