Sidney Graber, branch president of Kingman-based Citizens Bank of Kansas, has been awarded the 2016 Graduate School of Banking at Colorado Future Leadership Scholarship, co-sponsored by the Kansas Bankers Association. Graber will receive $1,325 toward tuition and fees at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in Boulder.
