Noah Jirgens, a 2016 McPherson High School graduate, accepted a $1,500 Hays City Scholar Award and a $500 Academic Opportunity Scholarship in political science from Fort Hays State. Noah is son of Matt and Melissa Jirgens, Lehigh and plans to major in political science.
