The McPherson County Commissioners approved to update emergency response technology during its Monday, October 3 meeting. The upgraded system will give emergency responders better tools to locate emergency situations, which include cell phone activities and out of county road maps. These upgrades will cut down on response time in emergency situations. The system will cost $90,600 each year to maintain.
