The Kansas State Polytechnic Flight Team is headed to SAFECON national after receiving a third-place finish after the October 17-20 competition in Norman, OK. Several individual awards were also earned by the members. The team faced six other universities during the SAFECON regionals with Oklahoma State University, placing first and University of Nebraska, Omaha, came in second.
