The Wichita Eagle has reported Wichita State University student has been credited with thwarting a terrorist attack in eastern Saudi Arabia during Friday prayers.
Abduljaleel Alarbash, 22, was hailed as a hero after he and his cousin intercepted a suicide bomber attempting to enter a crowded mosque in the port city of Dammam.
Abduljaleel was working as a volanteer security guard when the attack happened and is credited with saving thousands of lives.
