Two Wichita men have been selected as the first Humanitarians of the Year by the Kansas Humanitarian Commission. Shaker Dakhil an oncologist and hematologist and Jack DeBoer who works to relieve the effects of poverty in Myanmar through the DeBoer Foundation.
