Little River High School Art students did well at the Kansas State Fair. Melanie Renken received a Best in Show for her Acrylic Painting. Those students receiving a 1st place awards were: Tessalyn Walton-Acrylic Painting; Melanie Renken-Chalk Drawing, Dusty Page-Batik and Michelle Loder-Pen and Ink Drawing. Receiving 2nds place awards were; Hannah Herzog-Watercolor Painting, Dillon Page-Acrlic, Shannon Hudson- Acrylic Painting, Macey Jay-Acrylic, Gracie Richardson-Pen and Ink Drawing. 3rd place awards went to: Shannon Hudson- Chalk Drawing, Gracie Richardson-Batik, Allie Peters- Acrylic Painting, Jake Wright- Acrylic, Tessalyn Walton-Pencil Drawing, Dillon Page-Ink Drawing.
