Sippin on Smoke, BBQ cooking class will be held 7 A.M. to 2 P.M. October 1 at 2nd and Main St. This whole hog demonstration sponsored by the Buhler Frolic Festival will be an introductory BBQ class covering such things as equipment, meat selection and preparation, competition techniques.
